Who is responsible?

Contact enquiries

The form collects your name, email address and message so that María can respond to your enquiry. Where you request professional services, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence you initiate. No marketing subscription is created.

Messages are delivered to hola@mariavilarino.es and mariavilarinhoplus@gmail.com. They are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship or applicable legal obligations. Please do not include sensitive personal data.

Service providers and security

Hostinger provides website hosting. The configured email provider and Google process email delivery and storage. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce abuse. These providers may process technical connection data; their applicable contractual safeguards and international transfer arrangements must be considered. This site does not install advertising or analytics services.

Technical session data is used to secure forms and password-protected projects. Rate limits temporarily store a hash derived from the connection IP address and the relevant action, with a validity of one hour for contact submissions and 15 minutes for password attempts. Expired entries are removed on the next rate-limit check. Hosting providers may also retain security logs under their own retention arrangements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing where applicable, by writing to hola@mariavilarino.es. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
